Tips on Isolation & Loneliness

Please join our staff and residents as St Croix Hospice and Assurance Health leads a discussion on how social connections are an essential part of surviving and thriving as we age. They will educate us on the dangers of isolation and things we can do to combat loneliness. We will be serving drinks & snacks! Of course, tours of the community will also be available.
