Join FOX Rehabilitation's personal fitness trainer, Charles Barger, for a gentle exercise class focused on reaching to improve stability. Charles provides the exercise routine with both standing and chair options. This weekly class is provided as complimentary service by Fox Rehabilitation for our residents.
