Our personal fitness trainer from our Ageility powered by Fox Rehablitiation team, Charles Barger, will be helping us get in the groove of a new year (and potentially some new habits) with a balance & stretching class fit for any fitness level. Our onsite culinary team will also be providing some smoothies as a boost after the class and you are most welcome to join us for our Five-Star Dining Experience. Help us celebrate "Send A Card to a Friend Day"! We'll provide all you need to create a greeting card to display or share with a friend or loved one. Feel free to try your hand at card writing with some punny phrases or heartfelt thoughts! (Bring your address book and we'll be happy to mail out your freshly prepared card.) Bring yourself, your special someone, and/or a pal to The Forum at Knightsbridge as we celebrate Valentine's Day and love in all it's many forms. Join us for a special Social Hour with great music, some sweet treats, and special mocktail-cocktails for the occasion. We'd love to be your host for dinner following Social Hour (4:30-6:30P), but reservations are required.
