Please join us as we discuss good balance and range of motion practices as we all participate in a yoga inspired fitness class. Drinks & Light snacks will be served following the class.

Come over and revitalize your love of gardening! You will plant and take home your own seedlings. Tours will be available, and refreshments will be served.

Please join us for some fun as we celebrate all women and especially the mothers in our community. We will have a variety of Teas and Sweet Treats.

Stop by for a tour and pick up a water bottle and pedometer. We will be kicking off our Resident Walking Group, sharing tips on walking in place and overall joint health.

Come and enjoy some fun and learn to dance outside under the portico (weather permitting)
