We are loading up the bus and taking our residents to Oak Creek's Farmer's Market! Located on Drexel Square, the heart of Oak Creek, everyone will be enjoying the many vendors participating in the market from baked goods and produce, to florists, and crafters, there is something for everyone. No one will leave empty handed!

Allay Hospice returns to Manor Pointe for another discussion and support group for grievance. Join us as they talk through the emotions of grieving, the journey and the path to healing.

Residents join us in the main dining hall at Meadowmere as Fox Rehab hosts their Minute to Win it challenge! Use those motor skills as Leighann our Rehab Director with Fox Rehab and our life enrichment team present different one-minute games to get your body in motion and your mind racing!

Join us at Meadowmere as we talk trough the stages of Dementia trough a support group and discussion. Whether you are a family member or one struggling with memory loss, we are a community that comes together through sharing our experiences and compassion.

Join us for a special evening of music and magic as the South Milwaukee Community Choir visits us to entertain us with their beautiful vocal talents and harmony. Event takes place from 7pm-8pm in the main dining area of Meadowmere.

Our residents of Meadowmere and Manor Pointe are taking a fieldtrip to visit our friends at Lakefront Brewery. There they will enjoy a tour followed by a delicious lunch.

Join us at Manor Pointe. Eat homemade orange pancakes and syrup and have a discussion on ways to age with grace with our continuum of care within our community. Hosted by Talem Home Care, they will offer our residents a breakfast brain boost with their delicious pancakes as part of our regular continental breakfast. Followed by that, they will provide a discussion and presentation on their services, how they can offer customized programs and one on one care, as well as a Q&A to feed their knowledge. We're not kidding, these pancakes fuel learning! Come join us!
